Day 81: Cucumber Kimchi (8/21/11)

Other Ed:  I have mentioned Ed! to my parents in terms of his food adventures, and they generally chuckled at what he’s doing.  But then I mentioned that he eats a lot of Korean foodstuffs that generally might make non-Koreans cringe and they really developed an admiration for his quest.  So when my mom gave me a big old jar of kimchi made from cucumbers in our garden she asked me, will your roommate eat this?

And as you can plainly see the answer is a resounding yes. 

Verdict:  Cucumber cologne is one of Ed!’s ideas that has potential to be a non-bad idea.
